Hey! My name is Dana Pittman. I'm a USA Today and International Amazon Bestselling author, developmental editor, Certified Story Grid editor, professional plotter, and the Chief Storyteller around these parts.

I'm the teller of tales, spinner of words, slowly exploring the truth between the lines. I'm a story structure geek fascinated by love in life and on the page (or device, depending on how you love to read).

I have forty novels published under two pen names in several genres--contemporary romance, romantic suspense, a political thriller, and paranormal romance.

I've plotted and edited hundreds of novels by Amazon Top 100, USA Today, and New York Times bestselling authors. And I'm always looking for ways to grow as a writer so that I can evolve as an editor.

Off the page, I'm married to my high-school sweetheart for over twenty years. Together we live in Houston with our three adult children and one diva dog--who doesn't know she's a dog.
