Ladies and gents I need to make a change to the plans. I like schedules and planning for blogging themes help keep the information flowing but with the addition of 31 Days of Love for October I find it difficult to give All I Need is Jesus & A Good Pair of Jeans its just due.
Every chapter I’m looking for ideas to write in accord with love. Thus, I am going to adjust my Blogging Through the Book schedule. As stated before, I’ve outlined a schedule for a year of books. I am going to bump another title up since it will coincide with 31 Days of Love and it was already on my list of books to read.
About “Crazy Love”
God is love.
Crazy, relentless, all-powerful love.
Have you ever wondered if we’re missing it?
It’s crazy, if you think about it. The God of the universe–the Creator of nitrogen and pine needles, galaxies and E-minor–loves us with a radical, unconditional, self-sacrificing love. And what is our typical response? We go to church, sing songs, and try not to cuss.
Whether you’ve verbalized it yet or not…we all know somethings wrong.
Does something deep inside your heart long to break free from the status quo? Are you hungry for an authentic faith that addresses the problems of our world with tangible, even radical, solutions? God is calling you to a passionate love relationship with Himself. Because the answer to religious complacency isn’t working harder at a list of do’s and don’ts–it’s falling in love with God. And once you encounter His love, as Francis Chan describes it, you will never be the same.
Because when you’re wildly in love with someone, it changes everything.
I will read and post on this book for the remaining Wednesday’s in October. I will read and post at a faster rate than in the past to complete this book by the end of the month. This title is also available in print and ebook on Amazon (affiliate link).

I'm looking forward to this read and the perspective it will provide.
2. Read 1 John 4:7-21 in at least one additional translation. Select a different translation. Thus, you have probably read this passage in at least three different translations by now.
Here’s links to other translation to read online:
Grab your Love Journal.
1. What are some of the differences you noticed between the translations? Are there any passages catch your attention? Your heart? Jot them down.
2. Write what the passage means to you. Capture your thoughts.
3. Write a prayer concerning your understanding of how God wants to use this passage in your heart and life.
