How did the review go? I hope well.

Today I have one more tool to help summarize and give you a visual for next week’s posts. This is also a sneak peek into my studying process.
I used many tools to study scripture. I:
- Read
- Study
- Write
- Journal and
- Map.
The Passage
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].
Scripture Mapping
This is a visual presentation of the scripture. I use it to breakdown the passage and also to get a better understanding of the underlying components.
I am sharing what I believe is the key verse for my series. I also hope it will help you see the essence of the passage.
Lastly, I hope you will revisit it over the next week as I introduce new verses and things we, as Christians, should think about.

My Prayer
Father,
Thank you. In Your infinite wisdom you provided guides that point straight to You: Your Word, Your Spirit and Your Son.
Forgive me when I failed to see that this is enough. Help me to seek You and to lean on the truth of what You have provided.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
