I'd like to paint a picture for you. To begin consider a place in your life where you feel a void.

In this area of your life you may even feel empty. Hollow. Confused. Less than.
Where is this place in your life?
Think for a second how you feel about this place.
What have you done to fix it?
Have you talked with friends?
Did you try to ignore it?
How long have you felt this way?
You are a cup.
For this interaction, this picture I'm painting just for you, imagine you are this beautiful porcelain cup.
You are beautiful decorated. Etched in gold. Placed on an equally beautiful saucer. But you are empty.
How many of us live our lives with this emptiness? Pretty on the outside. Bare on the inside.
You Have a Choice.
But the good news is you have a choice as to what you will use to address the emptiness.
Whether you to leave it "as is" or refill your cup.
Now, if you are a person with many friends or loved ones around you'll receive many suggestions. People who care will give you their best advice.
I mean this post is my attempt in offering a suggestion. However instead of offering a list of possible solutions I offer one….
Take it to the King.
Take It To The King
This is my Monday post for my blog readers and my Bible in 90 Days mentees. For my mentees, we are starting our sixth week of reading. Reading your bible is an opportunity to refill.
Reading the word is an opportunity to sit with the King.
(This is a beautiful song by Tamela Mann. I hope you'll listen to it.)
He must become greater; I must become less.
– John 3:30 (Read in Context)
No question today. I'd still would love to read your comments. My only request is to press "Play" and enjoy this beautiful song. God bless!
